Lluniwyd y ddogfen fel ei fod yn arf cynllunio ac arfarnu i'r Corff er mwyn datblygu eu heffeithiolrwydd fel Corff. Gofynnir i chwi ei drafod gyda'r Corff dros y flwyddyn nesaf gan lenwi’r colofnau perthnasol ac yna danfon copi i sylw Gareth Jones erbyn 10 Gorffennaf 2015. Bydd hyn wedyn yn sail cyfathrebu rhwng yr Awdurdod a'r Cyrff Llywodraethol o ran datblygu ansawdd dros y blynyddoedd nesaf. Wrth gwrs bydd ychwanegiadau i'r ddogfen fel bo'r galw a buaswn yn ddiolchgar o dderbyn sylwadau ar y ddogfen dros y flwyddyn fel y gallem ei fireinio a'i ddatblygu ar y cyd.

See the enclosed document which lists the documents that Governing Bodies need to adopt. The document was designed so that it is a planning and assessment tool for the Body so that they can develop in their effectiveness as a Body. You are asked to discuss it with the Body over the coming year and fill in the appropriate columns and then send a copy to Gareth Jones by 10 July 2015. This will then be a basis for communication between the Authority and the Governing Body to develop quality over the coming years. Of course there will be additions as required to the document and I would be grateful to receive comments about the document over the year so that we can fine tune and develop it together.
