I attach self-evaluation forms for your school Handbook / Prospectus, and the Annual Governors' Report to Parents.  A number of headteachers have presented these documents to the authority's attention during the year.  Of those, the percentage which fully complied with the statutory requirements was extremely low, therefore we strongly suggest that you use these ticklists when preparing your revised documents.
