As the site news appears on the front page of the website it is an obvious place to look for important / new information quickly.  It is also possible to attach documents here (for example the pro forma for checking the contents of an annual report above).

Adding a story to this page also generates an email which is sent to all Addysg Mon users along with a link to this page.

Officers and clerical staff will also need to update any other relevant pages, for example by deleting an old policy from the policies page and replacing it with the new version.
